James Miller is a phenomenal salesman. What makes a phenomenal salesperson IMO is someone who communicates consistently and thoroughly. Someone who keeps their promises and will “go the rounds” with you to make sure you’re comfortable with the details and purchase. He’s a down to earth great guy. Paul H. is a tough negotiator but fair. Harry in finance is a seasoned vet who is patient and takes the time to make sure you understand the deal. The dealership is clean and well laid out. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend doing business with this group.
I’ve purchased a few cars in my day and this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Thanks to Reshma, who was very nice, respectful, professional and attentive to all my needs. I travelled quite a few miles and Jaguar Land Rover Clear Lake did not disappoint. They even impressed my daughter who was tagging along. Everything went smoothly and as discussed on the phone, and ready to go when I arrived. They pleasantly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership.

I came in the dealership, was very impressed by the car selections they had and the service at the door. The sales manager Paul greeted me and was very nice, he introduced me to a very nice sales associate named Eifren, he showed me around and helped me find the exact model I was looking for. The process was seeming-less and smooth, and they went above and beyond!
I definitely recommend these guys for your next purchase!

STAY AWAY from the Service Dept at this location ! They will try and steal you blind !! Junior out right lied to me , he was Rude and disgusting !! After having my Range Rover towed there , after calling the original location SW Land Rover they agreed with me so it cost me more money to be towed there !! Junior said my car wouldn’t start it was DIF fluid related and it would be 4100.00 to repair . SW Land Rover did get it started and told my car was still under the 80,000 mile warranty which Junior never offered to tell me . Bottom line it only cost me 792.00 plus 276.00 for additional towing instead of 4100. I have left messages for both Jason and the manager Gary to get them to pay for the additional toeing with no response ! Only reason I went to Clearlake first is because that was the nearest location when my car broke down . If you have a choice SW LandRover will be worth the drive ! Ask for Antonio !! Shame on Clearlake for trying to SCREW ME!!!
