About 2 hours after leaving the facility for a standard oil change my skid/protection plate fell from the car. I returned to the facility to ask for it to be repaired but due to the damage it could not be reattached. I was directed to file a claim which has been denied. The local manager stated the skid plate was loose upon arrival and they will not be responsible for the damage. At no point was this raised or mentioned during the service appointment. If there was an issue with the vehicle I would expect this to be mentioned by the service technician at some point. This location is not accepting any responsibility despite their negligence. Be careful if you choose to use this location.
