They refused to take any accountability and it cost me $170 to diagnose bc I don’t know anything about cars. I won’t be using them again.

He went out of his way to make me fell comfortable about which oil to use, etc. He also changed my exterior and interior air filters which I brought with me. He also offered to check the pressure in my tires. He went above and beyond what I expected! I will definitely return to Valvoline for my next oil change. :)
