So now I have to figure out how to do it myself since I'm out of town now and can't take it back to them. The paperwork shows they did this, so now I question if they really did all of the other things that the paperwork says they did. How do I know if they really replaced the oil filter? I'm saying the price I paid is reasonable, but only because I had a coupon. The cost of an oil change is ridiculous now compared to what they used to cost.

Zavier was wonderful and amazingly helpful throughout my visit. Roshon let me know everything that was going on under the vehicle, which I really appreciated. I had a few questions about my transmission and some other things, and Shawn was very helpful in explaining everything clearly. The parking lot greeter, Christopher, was very friendly and welcoming right from the start! Joey was working on another vehicle in the far bay, and I asked him a few questions about what he was doing — he sounded very knowledgeable and professional. Clark also took the time to chat with me for a while and was super friendly. The store manager, Brandy, has quite the team! Everyone was on the straight and narrow, very professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location!

My wife came to pick me up because the service was going to take a few hours and they found time to get her vehicle in for an inspection and even comped the inspection. In addition, they changed out my windshield wipers and rear wiper, radiator fluid and spark plugs. These guys communicated service operations and executed in a timely manner while providing me significant savings. These are rare qualities in an auto shop- highly recommend.
