They didn't show up, when I called they said they didn't know they were supposed to pick me up. They didn't have any small cars that I reserved via the insurance company. If I had known this I would have gone to a different location. They only cars they had were an upcharge. The car they gave me smelled horrible because they used way too much air freshener. I had to drive with the windows open and let it air out for the first few days of the rental. The car also needed an alignment and pulled to the right. Overall an absolutely horrible experience.

Road Side and the Escalation department were absolutely USELESS. They sent me to another location that had NO vehicles available. I called back over 5x, more lies and no help.However, customer service agents at this location are great.
