The oil change was done fast and showed me the steps they were doing along the way. I have gone several times to this location and will continue going. Very lucky to have found this location that has great team members that don't pressure you. Keep up the great work.

Wanted this to be my new oil change place but not with this service. Waited over 30 minutes to begin service with the vehicle in front of me only getting an oil change and already had oil drained. 3 other customers got tired of the wait and left. This is my second visit, the first time I left because of the long wait time.
- MMMelissaApr 1, 20265.0It seems like there’s always an excuse these days for why places can’t do a state emissions inspection (i.e. only one person can do them and he only does them from 12-2 on Tuesdays and his lunch is from 12-2, etc.), which I kind of get since the $18.50 state mandated price is not profitable for them. But thank God I finally found a place that has a designated line for inspections where I could at least see the line moving. I tried to call ahead to make sure they could do it, but a third party, off-site customer service representative answered and couldn’t reach anyone in the actual location, which was annoying. It took a while of waiting since there were a lot of cars in front of me, but at least once it was my turn, it was quick and painless. I came on a Monday around lunch time for reference.

This is my favorite location by far and I will continue to be a Valvoline customer. I brought my old car here and I recently just bought a new car and brought it in for its first service.
