  The front desk lady is judgmental as all hell, accused my girlfriend of being a druggie and drunk. Also said that our id’s are fake when they aren’t. We had an officer even verify them. We are from out of state and if yall can’t recognize what a real id is. Yall need to hire people who can tell cause this is bullshit. We paid and everything just to be told no cause of a judgmental woman. Will NEVER rent a car from here EVER

  Shelette was amazing! Even though our car was not available when we arrived, she didn’t miss a beat. She quickly upgraded us and made sure we were taken care of right away. She took her time, explained everything, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Her customer service really stood out and turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience.

  FYI, 10 out of 10 the Manager Shenette she’s top notch if y’all gave her the keys to the company and or corporate, she’ll know exactly how to run it. She takes the stress out of Car Rental industry and the panic out of it. She’s underrated and underappreciated as everybody there as well deserves a bonus award recognition that goes on their résumé and nothing but greatness that is the best damn location because of her and her team under her I can’t express or say enough good things because words just with the perfectionist and greatness there is immaculately phenomenal. She goes above and beyond and makes you feel like family and does not deceive you or any of that. She is the best damn Manager and the team that she has working under her just as good and it’s far better than Turo and enterprise because also she ensures quality is top-notch and brand new. Perfect score across the board. They’re at the downtown Fort Worth branch location love it. The manager shelette there at the downtown Fort Worth branch location is the best of the best underrated underappreciated as well as her team and she's got a big spending Customer as long as she is there I will be a customer nothing but I'm speechless not one bad thing at all but every positive greatness and perfection there I am very happy and she deserves so much more credit and appreciation. I love her and the people that work under her I love it there Name correction of the manager‘s name using Google voice text and it misspelled her name and her name is shelette Shelette the manager of the downtown Fort Worth location She needs and I will write to the CEO and the executive leadership team SIXT car Rental that she needs her senior title and a promotion and for a respectful raise, she deserves a more crucial and vital role that plays in the heart of this company. All reviews that I see that are negative are general complaints they’re inadmissible which will not hold up so therefore the overall rating of the location that she is running is top-tier A+. I am a high power Executive Authority administrative and on the field in sports and athletics at the highest level, especially as an independent advanced engine performance specialist you cannot outsmart me and I’m very observing to certain details how you move how you act how you do business etc., and she deserves better. She at least deserves a senior title in the company and for sure, a respectful raise and give her a option of a promotion.
