  I had a great experience purchasing a TX350 Luxury for my wife at Sewell Lexus Fort Worth. I want to give Spencer kudos he was a great sales man. He wasn't pushy in getting me to come in, he worked with me negotiating and over all a great deal. He was very transparent on all the paperwork and explained everything. Additionally, followed up calls to make sure everything was good on our end.

  bought a used car here, very rare, they didnt tell me about the hail damage and told me they were putting all new tires on it but one tire they forgot to replace and is completely bunk, also told me id get free car washes for life and proceeded to machine wash a 2020 nissan 370z nimso twice before i found out they were machine washing it. not the service or experience i expected given the Sewell name and reputation.

  Had an amazing experience with Sewell Lexus. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free from start to finish. This is a dealership you can truly trust, no hassle, no hidden fees, no games. Just honest numbers, clean paperwork, and solid vehicles. You feel taken care of the whole way through. Eric was outstanding. He went above and beyond, not just helping with the purchase, but personally making sure the car’s history checked out, everything was solid, and even taking extra steps to take care of small details and add-ons. You can tell he genuinely cares, not just about the sale, but about doing right by the customer. I ended up getting a car for both myself and my wife through him, and I wouldn’t send anyone anywhere else. Really appreciate the experience, hard to find service like this these days.

  11/25 I purchased a used Audi. I have driven the car approx 1500 miles. Nearly 3 months after purchase I discovered the AC didn't work. Sewell would not fix it. It cost me $1200. Nearly 4 months after purchase (4/2) I was told the front control arms were cracked. The car is unsafe to drive. I realize there is no way I can prove those critical parts didn't break during my 4 months of ownership. But, they didn't. I informed Sewell. I have not heard back from them as yet. The repair will cost me $1400 with a senior discount. The purpose of this posting is "Buyer Beware". I bought the car. I know I accepted the "As Is" policy. But when I bought the Audi, Sewell convinced me that they thoroughly serviced, inspected and checked out the Audi before placing it on their lot for sale. I have reason to believe, they didn't.
