Began working on my car airbag light repair and was authorized any work as long as warranty approved it. Halfway through the repair, light was still on and they realized a part they needed for my 2017 Q60 was discontinued and they cannot install new parts. My warranty would only pay for completed work.
Rick, the service manager first recommended me to drive off with airbag light on, claiming it was fixed, and later go to another used shop to get fixed. When I refused, he tried pressuring me to pay out of pocket for half repair and held my car for days. Ultimately the OCS sensor they replaced (which was not confirmed to be broken, only step 1 of their air bag algorithm of things to replace), Rick had them reinstall the old one they tossed into the trash for 2 days. He charged me an hour of labor, and completely left out the part of reinstalling the ocs sensor from the trash on the paperwork until I had him fix the documentation. So now I have a trashed part in my airbag system which likely was mishandled - not very safe.
Fortunately, Infiniti consumer contacted me and had Infiniti Seville reverse all the charges during this visit.
Would not recommend solely due to Rick’s unethical practice and refusal to take accountability when their $265 diagnostic fee failed to diagnose the part is unavailable new prior to beginning repairs.

I had an outstanding experience working with Dallas Beveridge at Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth. It had been 8 years since I last purchased a vehicle, so I went into the process expecting it to feel overwhelming—but Dallas made it anything but.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, not the slightest bit pushy, and truly focused on making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. My husband and I had some scheduling constraints, and Dallas went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could come in and sign paperwork at a time that worked for us.
What stood out most was his transparency throughout the entire process—no surprises, no pressure, just honest and clear communication. Even though we purchased a used Chevy Suburban, Dallas knew the vehicle inside and out. He walked us through all the switches, buttons, and features with total confidence, which was especially impressive given he works in the Infiniti space.
This was easily one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dallas to anyone looking for a seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant experience.

I don’t believe in buying new vehicles- never will. I believe a luxury certified preowned vehicle just coming off a lease is the best bang for your buck. When you don’t believe in new vehicles, that doesn’t always get you the best customer service from a dealership. Not at Sewell- they rolled out the red carpet for me in 2017, and now 2026.
Had a wonderful experience with John Roberts from the initial handshake to picking out the vehicle, test driving it, and planning the purchase. I made a very stupid joke as he was showing me the vehicle: as he was doing a third row seat demo, I commented that I don’t have enough friends to fill the third row and would flatten it to put my foster/stray cats back there. When we were finalizing the sale, Sales Manager Tad (“the Fireman”) Binkley surprised me with a bag of cat food, treads and goodies for my foster cats. It just highlights how Sewell is listening to customers- dumb dad jokes included. Shoutout to Jaden for closing out my paperwork while John was cheating on me with another customer. Wonderful to meet and work with all three of you through the sale. See you for another sale in 10 years 👋
