  Montana was awesome. He communicated early and often throughout the entire process (before and during service). The calibration process was not easy due to lighting conditions and instead of throwing in the towel and having us honor the shop he worked until he had it done.

  In under an hour my windshield was repaired, at my home. It was quick and easy making the appointment as well. It’s nice having a mobile company, which saved me time, money & gas.

  As always, the quality of the glass and the work of the technician was top notch. However, they have become just like everyone else using AI for everything. Despite repeated attempts, I never could get ahold of a real person to confirm what type of glass I wanted, and the AI platform just kept hanging up on me when I asked for help. It's sad such great companies who used to forcus on their customers have joined in to cut costs and destroy customer experiences.

  I highly recommend Safelite for windshield repair. Scheduling was quick and convenient, and the service was completed right on time. My technician was outstanding and addressed all of my concerns about transferring my toll tag, registration sticker, and oil change reminder sticker. He carefully and securely reapplied each item to the new windshield. I also appreciated how meticulous he was in cleaning the dashboard, floors, and seats before finishing the job. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained the process, including the safe removal of the tape that was holding the damaged glass in place. The entire replacement took about an hour as promised. Professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and friendly — truly excellent service from start to finish.

  I had to bring my car into Safelite for a windshield chip repair, and the experience was excellent. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Mike and Casey took great care of me. They fixed the chip quickly and made sure to explain everything that was being done. What I really appreciated was that they took the time to make sure I fully understood the process. They didn’t rush through anything and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with the repair. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and providing great service. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience so easy and positive!
