I'm hoping I'm writing this review/ warning too early. During the recent Ice storm unfortunately had to get our car out in it. Hit a curb pretty hard at approx 5mph. Cracked the rim and noticeably messed with alignment. Tire still held air for 3 days after until we could get an appt. Understandable delay on getting it in considering the weather. We just bought a 2023 kia sorento so. Love the car so far besides a few small things but bought it used so it is what it is. My wife took it up to get it looked at and expecting to probably need a new rim, alignment, probably control arm, and tie rod. They keep stacking on more stuff that "might" be damaged. When I ask a simple request to take a Pic of the bent strut its "oh well like I told your wife the mechanic is working on a motor and I dont know when or if we can get a picture of that". They said sub frame now "might be damaged" I need proof before Making a decision between out of pocket or going through insurance and they are losing allot of faith and trust because I'm really starting to think they are lying if they cant provide a couple of simple pictures of the damaged parts. The repairs started out as being probably around $1k to then being told if the subframe is NOT damaged it will be $2200, and then mentioned subframe "might be damaged" and if it is it will be $4400. All im asking is for pictures of the supposedly damaged parts and cant even get that to make an informed decision and trust that we aren't getting screwed over or lied to. Is there only one mechanic? We just want the car fixed with what HAS to be fixed. If subframe and strut are really damaged then send me pics in a timely manner not "when and if you can". Is that unreasonable. We just got rhe car 2 months ago and its funny how they bend over backwards for you at that time and once your off the lot the service people treat you like an inconvenience for expecting proof and accountability. Today is 1/30/2026 and we asked for a couple pics a few hours ago and still nothing back. Might just have to take it somewhere else because I think they are trying to take advantage of my wife because I couldn't be there with her. I really hope I'm wrong. We will see if Johnathan Pena follows through and sends the requested pics. If so ill gladly change this review.

Moritz Kia of Alliance not only sold us a wonderful car, but they've greatly helped us since then, when they didn't have to. I spoke with Brian today about my car's warranty, and he was kindly able to advise me what to do about a situation.

I’m not one to EVER write reviews. This is actually my first review I’ve done but I had to because of how disappointed I am with this dealership. In the beginning when I was purchasing my car I was very impressed and happy with this dealership. They were very easy to work with and made everything go so smoothly. Fast forward to now only 8,000 miles on my car I get a notification on my car that my front censors are not working. I go in and schedule an appointment to get it fixed. 3 weeks later I show up for my appointment with my husband and two kids. They ask if I’m staying or leaving and I say I’m going to the store cause I didn’t want to wait around with my two kids. They say great it should be done in a hour. I come back an hour later and they say they haven’t even looked at my car because I left so it didn’t make it a priority. Would have never left if I knew that was the case. Also it took them forever to even figure out where my car was! If I didn’t keep asking what was going on I believe they would have completely forgot about my car or wouldn’t have gotten to it. Long story short I was there for 4 hours for them to tell me that a mouse had chewed wires in my car and that the warranty would not cover it because it was from an outside source. I made them take me back and show me any evidence that it was from a mouse. There were no tracks, no poop, no fur. I park my car in the garage everyday. We have no droppings in our garage and we have pest control and mice traps all around our house. The only thing they could tell me is that these two wires looked chewed. I got an oil change 5 weeks prior and that is when the notification went off. Coincidence? I said do you think you guys could have been the outside source instead of a mouse? In the end my husband had missed a work meeting and we ended up paying 1,000 out of pocket with no actual proof that this was caused from a mouse. In the beginning I could tell they were talking down to me and treated me as if I were stupid. I put my husband on the phone and they had a completely different tone. In the end they fixed our car but not without us paying for it. Again I am not one to complain but I’m also not one to stay silent when I know something is wrong. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences.
