  Brought my Honda here for new tires and ended up getting new tires, brakes, shocks rotors, and an alignment for under 4K. Robert took great care of us and communicated with my husband the whole time about what they were seeing and what needed to be done. I asked him to keep the price under $4000 and he worked hard to make that happen. I thought it would be $4000 and I wouldn’t even be able to tell a difference but holy cow - my car drives like it is brand new. Robert told me to bring it back in a week and they would align it again after everything had settled for free. Mavis is our new go to for all of our vehicle maintenance.

  First of all, as a woman, Robert never made me feel dumb for my questions, he put me at ease and delivered high quality customer service!! He told me the truth that I didn’t need the things I thought I needed and worked on what did need to be done. He saved me lots of stress! I’ll be coming when ever I need him! Thank you!

  Extremely hospitable, very communicative, and super cooperative as well. Had a blown out tire and I didn’t wanna pay to have it towed so they let me take my wheel off and have it mounted first so I could put it back on the car and come back afterward for the other three to be installed. I will go here again for all my future tire needs.

  Had a super smooth experience at this location. I came in for an alignment on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee after a rough week of repairs. I had a tie rod snap & had to replace a lower ball joint + control arm. Before they touched it, my Jeep was basically driving “pigeon toed.” I scheduled my appointment online & was able to get in the same day so it was super simple, & Robert actually called to confirm my appointment beforehand, which was a huge contrast compared to other shops where I’ve shown up & they didn't even know I was coming. The whole staff was friendly & you can tell they actually work as a team. They got me in pretty much the moment I arrived & out way faster than I expected, but most importantly they got the alignment just right so the pigeon toed era is over. A huge thanks to Robert & the rest of the crew from the front to the techs in the back, everyone was great.
