- DSDavid Sarduy1 day ago3.0To be honest, I only go to this one out of convenience. It seems like over the years people come and go as far as their staff. I went in to do a brake flush. My brakes were working fine, and when I left, my brakes were now feeling incredibly spongy I think what annoyed me the most was one of the Text was like yeah that’s how breaks feel. The other Tech acknowledges that yeah there’s a difference and it shouldn’t go down that far. This is the kind of stuff that happens to people who don’t know anything about cars and then they’re just accepting of whatever the guy in the uniform says. We’ll be following up with the manager about this experience. some of the guys here have customer service some of the others need a little more training
