  I don’t even know where to start with Enterprise Truck Rental in Fort Worth. Over the past month, with our truck down, we’ve had to rent twice and both times, Casey has been absolutely outstanding. This location may be the furthest from our house, but after the service we’ve received, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’ve dealt with a few other locations, some good, some not so great, but Casey and his team set the bar. The level of customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help has truly impressed us. Whatever this crew is doing, they need to keep doing it. Casey, thank you, we genuinely appreciate you and the way you take care of your customers. You’ve earned our business moving forward.

  It was extremely smooth in and out transaction picking up and dropping off. Truck was perfect, just a really satisfying experience staff was extremely helpful 1 to 5 stars I would rate this experience at about 75. Totally satisfied

  Had a great experience renting a truck for 24 hours. Casey was very friendly and helpful with the reservation and made himself available for any questions I had during the rental period. The truck was very clean and the price was excellent. They have a lot of good options for trucks, vans, etc and I would definitely recommend using this location

  Brooke Panzer was extremely pleasant and prompt from start to finish. She genuinely seemed to love her job and made sure I had everything I needed, taking the time to ask if I had any questions and answering them thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable about how to operate the truck, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. When I returned the vehicle, she went beyond a purely transactional interaction and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another rental. I am completely satisfied with her competence and level of service. The next time I need a truck rental, I will absolutely come back to Enterprise at this specific location and work with Brooke specifically.
