  I had a wonderful experience, renting from enterprise I I have rented from them several years. The first person was an amazing contact Joe Vasquez also Thomas Armstrong and Gaylord helped me out tremendously. It was a great experience. Everything went well. No problems at all. I just wanted to thank them very very much it was awesome

  Reserved rental a week before,even received confirmation the day before rental only to be told at pick up that rental was NOT available. Associate did nothing to help. When I suggested he call another location, he still was of little help, was told can go to another location, and pay double for the rental; No offer to rectify, no apology. Terrible customer service, never again Enterprise.

  They get u in and out very helpful and understanding to what you are looking for and Ricky, Joe and Thomas was all very helpful to me and I love that right in and out

  Quiero compartir mi experiencia con Enterprises, los servicios son excelentes, los chicos que atienden como Ricky and Joe, son muy profesionales, el auto que rente fue una gran ayuda, puede resolver mis asuntos, en cuanto a el rembolso fue mejor que en otros lugares me devolvieron el deposito el dia siguiente, por favor mantengan este tipo de personal en estas agencias son super eficientes muy educados y dispuestos a caminar una extra milla por los clientes. gracias de nuevo Joe and Ricky
