    Rented a car from airport and drove over a piece of metal that caused air to start leaking from one tire. Called roadside assistance and they arranged a swap at the downtown Fort Worth, TX location a half mile away. When I got to the location, they told me they didn't have any cars and that I should bring the car (still leaking air) to one of two recommended tire shops. I asked if I could do the swap at another Enterprise location and they gave me contact info for several but made no other efforts to help. I stood outside and phoned another location and waited on hold again and again until a person finally told me they also had no cars. Called the Bryant Irvin location and finally found someone willing to help me: Nate. Nate apologized for what had happened so far and told me it is not their policy to leave people essentially on their own like this. He sympathized with my situation and tried to call the downtown location to get the swap moved to them. He also checked with his manager several times while we tried to work this out. This is when I learned that renting from the airport uses a different system than renting from a local branch and they would not be able to do the swap because roadside assistance had not sent the swap to their branch. This is also when I learned that taking the car to a specific tire place would not cost me anything and that Enterprise would be billed directly (the downtown location did not tell me this). I ended up putting on the temporary spare and driving to the tire shop where they were able to patch the tire in time for me to make my appointment. They didn't even ask my name and arranged it all with Enterprise. Many thanks to Nate for the understanding and the effort.

    NEGATIVE STARS !! I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Enterprise and the assistant manager Jordan. I made a reservation for a full-size SUV because I have five kids and we need the space. I specifically asked when making the reservation if the vehicle would actually be available, and I was assured that it would be there. After dropping my vehicle off at the body shop, I was sent to another Enterprise location because they said that location had the SUV I reserved. When I arrived, they told me they did not have the vehicle either. At this point I had already arranged transportation, dropped off my car, and was relying on this reservation. When I explained that I have five children and needed a full-size SUV, assistant manager Jordan told me the best he could do was put us in a sedan. I asked him if he expected my family to lap ride and be unsafe, because that obviously isn’t a realistic option for a family our size. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Jordan told me he would not do business with me and told me to leave. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were multiple large SUVs sitting in the lot, but I was told they were all reserved. That leads to the obvious question: Where was the vehicle I reserved? Because of this situation, my family is now without a vehicle the day before we are supposed to leave for vacation. Completely unacceptable. This experience also highlights a bigger issue. Putting very young, inexperienced managers in positions of authority without proper customer service training leads to situations exactly like this. The level of disrespect and lack of problem-solving was shocking. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

    I had to rent a car for 2 months due to an accident and enterprise was amazing the entire time. They were accommodating, personable and professional and made the rental experience easy on me. I got to work with both the Bryant Irvin location and the cooper location and both were equally as good. I would recommend the 10 times over to any and everyone.
