    DO NOT BOOK HERE. Their system is completely broken and their customer service is worse. They allowed me to book a 1PM pickup on a Sunday—exactly when they close—essentially setting me up to fail with zero warning. No email, no alert, nothing until I showed up and was left stranded. I called ahead trying to fix the issue, only to be left on hold while they ran out the clock and hung up right after closing. That is not just poor service—it’s outright negligent. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. If this is how they handle reservations, I can only imagine how many other people they’ve inconvenienced. Fix your website, train your staff, and take accountability. Until then, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

    When I arrived to pick up the 15 passengers van I had reserved, I was informed there was an error and had double booked the vehicle. They told me they tried to reach me, but I have no evidence of a missed call. Initially, I was offered two minivans, but that was of no help since I needed everyone in the vehicle together. I walked out very upset. While trying to figure out what to do, one of the people going on our trip backed out so I luckily only needed an 8 seater vehicle. A couple of your associates realized you had a wagoneer that could accommodate my party, so we went with that. The trip went fine. I was asked how my experience was when I returned it. I reiterated the situation I had when I originally picked up, and that I was relatively satisfied as much as I could be. When discussing the amount due, manager Sam took note of my experience so he took over. He gave me a generous discount for my troubles and again apologized for the inconvenience. This gesture took me from a 3 star to a 5 star. I really appreciated the response. But, future reference, be careful on double booking your vehicles. You don’t always get lucky to have a person decide not to go on a trip to open up other options.

    The first car I picked up the passenger seat was broken and wouldn't adjust, so I went and traded in the vehicle the morning we were leaving for out of town. There was a sticker on the window, but I didn't notice there wasn't a registration sticker. We drove all the way to Louisiana with no registration. There also was no proof of insurance or anything in the vehicle. I got pulled over in Southlake because of the missing registration sticker and then had nothing to show proof of insurance. Thank goodness they didn't write me a ticket because I was able to show the rental agreement and they understood. I also reserved a luxury sedan and at no point was there one available or offered. Pretty disappointing experience. I should have went with a different rental car company. I will never do business here again. I won't be contacting anyone, because I am not spending any more time on this. Rental agreement #2D5XB0. You have the Ford Edge License plate TNL3229 back in your possession. There is nothing more for me to say. This was a terrible experience and I will not be back.
