The employee told me it didnt look like it was payed on his end (he had a software issue ) and made me pay twice. I payed second time witj my wells fargo digital card... he never gave me a receipt for the first cash app transaction being "canceled" or refund". I had to pay 100 dollars for a 50 dollar service because an employee makes a mistake.... and till today I haven't received my refund... I have proof of both transactions....

Each time the inspection machine was down. On October 17, I went and tried to get the inspection conducted. I sat in the stall for over an hour while the technician (Shawn) tried to get the inspection machine to work. In the end, he was unable to do the inspection. He then offered me a free oil change in the future since I had waited so long. He printed out a receipt and wrote 'Free oil change' on the receipt, then dated and signed it. I went to the same facility today to get my free oil change. When I presented the signed receipt for the free oil change, the technician (Maritza) said she would not honor it. She told me Shawn did not have the authority to offer free oil changes. When Shawn gave me the signed receipt for the free oil change, it was my expectation that it was valid. Having it refused is just bad business.

They were actually really fast and communicated what they were doing which is a big part of why I go to Valvoline. They topped off my other fluids and let me know my car was in good condition as well as when I should be paying attention to certain things on my car which was a huge relief as a someone who’s literally just a girl.
