  Came in to get an oil change i was in bay 2 worker came right out and asked me what I needed. Pulled me in and started right away. Burke and Benny were the guys that helped me out great job explaining what service was needed . And what I should do in the future . Store number 070176

  Went to get oil change. Started off at one price halfway through the oil change they were like oops we entered the wrong car information and it’ll actually be more money. In the process, they broke our dipstick to the oil. They said we’ll have to come back when our oil is changed again in a couple of months and they’ll give us a new one then. 45 staff members were arguing the entire time about who was going home instead of servicing our vehicle. No one knew how to reach that the oil change Notification on our Mercedes either. If you have a nicer car, don’t take it here they are clueless.

  Location: Bryant Irvin Rd Fort Worth TX. Benny and his team are the best! Stopped by today to have my oil and headlights changed. Excellent customer service. Everyone showing passion about helping the customers and working their crafts. In and out and back on the road. Not stuck sitting in a lobby for 45 minutes to an hour like other locations........

  I have never...NEVER felt good about going to get my car serviced. It's a scary world out there when you don't know much about cars. But this Valvoline has completely reshaped my outlook. Every single person at the Valvoline on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth is an absolute peach. They are kind, personable, HONEST, and make me feel truly taken care of. If I were some rich philanthropist, I'd put their future kids through college. This sounds like hyperbole, and yes, I'm being a bit silly. But truly. These are great people and I so appreciate their dedication.

  I've come to this location for years and each team takes care of my vehicle with care. If I needed a light change, wipers or air filter, they take care of it and at times have installed a headlight or two with no additional cost. The team is very knowledgeable and explains any work needed. Recently, when I came for an oil change the team member accidentally opened my coolant top and lost fluid; along with later I thought there was smoke coming from possibly the oil change since I hadn't had smoking before. When I opened up my hood I also noticed a towel left under my hood. ( They were very busy that day, but it was uncharacteristic of this location) I went back for more fluid and a peace of mind check to make sure everything regarding the coolant and oil change looked good. I appreciated how Grayson & Casey were professional and addressed my concern by going back over everything, topping off my coolant level and explained my oil level and identified possibly where the smoke was coming. I'm writing this review because what I appreciated greatly is the attitude and professionalism in how the team members handled a customer problem. I'm glad to know the great customer service is given when things are going well but also when things don't go as expected. The other teammates onsite that were kind was Curtis and Kierr. Curtis, in working with Casey & Grayson and Kierr, who initially helped guide the team member who accidentally opened the coolant. To note, I also notice they all help each other and work well together towards customers auto care, which adds to efficiency and a pleasant customer experience.
