I was there 2hrs for a oil change never on earth again. This was totally unacceptable because of the new people you hired on. Train offline train after work. You lost a good customer for time management. That's a company 101 never keep a cx to wait that long because your employees were slow, untrained & lost in knowing what to do. Do not call or send me no free anything.

I had a few questions that he wouldn’t give me the time of day to answer. Ignored me when I was simply trying to ask how to reset my oil life gauge. Yet would respond to everything with his co worker. Odd interactions and interesting choice for a manager.
