Safelite is our go-to company to replace broken/cracked windshields. They’re transparent with their pricing, it is super easy to schedule service on their website, and the technicians are always professional and efficient.

Excellent mobile windshield replacement service. Very professional and great communication throughout the entire job. Highly recommend them. Recalibration was also perfect.

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would. This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car. Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately. After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me. Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is. How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is? Customer service has been just as bad. Long hold times, zero urgency, and representatives who act like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they’ve caused. No answers. No accountability. No solutions. At this point I’m left wondering: • Where is my glass? • Why has this taken three weeks? • When will this be fixed — if ever? This experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I rearranged my schedule, lost sleep, and spent extra money for absolutely nothing. Save yourself the stress. Go anywhere else.

Aaron was very friendly and showed up exactly when expected. He was professional and finished the job quickly. The entire safelite experiance went very well. It was easy and I have never run into a company that has communicated better. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my windshield replaced at this Safelite location recently, and regarding the actual glass repair, the quality of their work was excellent, entirely satisfactory. They were exactly on schedule with my appointment, and my new windshield looks great and will hopefully last for the remaining life of the vehicle. There was another issue, however, that other prospective customers should be cautioned about. When I arrived at the Safelite location for the repair, before I went inside to check in, I carefully removed my license plate registration sticker, apartment-complex parking sticker, and tolltag from the windshield and left them carefully placed on the passenger seat to put them on the new windshield after the repair was done. After the repair was finished, however, the license plate sticker and parking sticker had both vanished and I could not find them anywhere. (I did quickly find the tolltag in my console.) I asked the tech who performed the work what he had done with them, and he said he could not remember seeing them on my passenger seat (even though he had moved the tolltag to my console). We searched my vehicle high and low, but could not find them anywhere. (I noticed that he never offered to let me look around his work area or his trash.) I became rather irritated at this point, because I was now faced with the prospect of having to take time off from my work to go to the local tag agency and pay a fee for a new sticker (hopefully not getting stopped in the meantime for not having a sticker), so I remarked that I would bring in the state receipt afterward for them to reimburse me. He became visibly nervous at this point and went to get the manager. The manager came out all smiles and assured me that, firstly, the state does not charge for merely a replacement sticker, and secondly, that he would give me a discount on the final charge to my credit card “for your trouble”. Unfortunately, I did not think at the moment to ask him exactly how he would be aware that the state (supposedly) does not charge a fee, unless it was from them having similar problems with other customers. (It also did not occur to me to ask if we could look at the CC camera footage of what the tech had done when he first brought in my vehicle.) So, seemingly with no other options, I left. Now, here’s the part you need to be aware of – As it turns out, the state DOES charge a fee ($6.50) for every single replacement sticker anybody asks for. And Safelite did NOT lower my final charge even one cent. So that manager lied to me absolutely boldfaced in order to just get me to leave. The money is not that big a deal. I was already planning on paying the price they charged me, and I can also easily afford $6.50. It’s the sloppiness of losing my property that was inside my vehicle, and then especially being LIED to about it that is completely intolerable. So I will never be going back to this Safelite location again for any reason.
