  I had my windshield replaced with Safelight and it was a great experience. The technician came to my house and was so professional. Communication was excellent and my new windshield is amazing. I was extremely impressed that my registration, toll, and oil change stickers were put back like they had never been removed. I was dreading having to replace them with new ones. I would definitely use Safelight again in the future.

  Satellite employees rock! We worked together to get this windshield replaced. It took some patience and “going the extra mile “ on their part but they got it done. I would recommend this company to everyone!

  Evan was very communicative, and the process to schedule and deal with insurance was painless. The whole process took right at 30 minutes, and the results exceeded my expectations. I had a chip repaired, and you can barely tell where the chip is.

  Got our truck windshield fixed from a chip that splintered. Safelite was knowledgeable and fast along with being very professional! And the stickers on your windshield are transferable as well which I was very thankful for!!! Great company fast and efficient!!! Thank-You

  I scheduled an appointment with Safelite and received both an email and text confirmation (Confirmation #882152). Based on that confirmation, I drove 40 minutes to the location and arrived 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to reschedule for next week. No explanation was provided for why their system generated a confirmed appointment that the location would not honor. More concerning, there was no attempt to investigate the issue, no accountability taken, and no effort made to accommodate me after I had already made the trip. To be clear: this was not a walk-in. It was not a late arrival. It was not a misunderstanding on my end. I had documented confirmation and showed up early. If there was an internal scheduling error, system glitch, or overbooking issue, that is Safelite’s responsibility—not the customer’s. The appropriate response would have been to either honor the appointment, prioritize a same-day solution, or offer meaningful remediation for the inconvenience. Additionally, contacting customer service did not resolve the issue. There was no ownership of the problem, only a suggestion to reschedule. Customers plan their schedules around confirmed appointments. Wasting someone’s time with no attempt at resolution reflects poor operational management and a lack of respect for customer commitments. Unless Safelite can demonstrate improved accountability and service standards, I would not recommend this location—or Safelite in general—to anyone who values their time.
