Without fail, every single day theres a line of 20 people and 1 person at the register and 1 person off in the back messing with straws or somthing. This has been ongoing for a year and its always the same 15-20 min of our day just at a gas station. We stsrted going to the QT up the road, which is far busier than here, and we spend 5 min there. In and out.

- FFFaith&loveNov 24, 20251.0I rarely ever leave reviews but Racetrack has some kind of new system and it’s not working properly gas pumps not working went in there for gas and I stayed out there fumbling with the pump for over 10 minutes unaware it’s not working went inside three times for help I switched the pump I was using a ten minute trip took me 30 minutes the manager came outside and she telling me I’m Good to go it’s working and it was not working the screen said fueling and the 0.00 came up no gas coming out the pump I will never go to Racetrack again I was late going where I was going I couldn’t get any gas my money still not back on my card yet the manager told me I had pumped 10.00 of gas as if I was not telling the truth and I hadn’t been able to pump gas for 30 minutes and they didn’t apologize or anything for the inconvenience if your going to change up the system atleast make sure it works properly
