They have a little bit of a problem when it comes to the employees some of them are sweet and some of them are rude as hell. Like the last 2 mornings. I go in a get a refill on my soda and my husbands coffee and yesterday the price was 2.87 and this morning it was 7.89

My phone had completely died, and I urgently needed just a few minutes of charge to call an Uber. I asked a clerk if they had a charger; he even checked and said he didn’t have the right type. When I told him I would buy one, he understood the seriousness of the situation and said yes. I then spent nearly $30 on a cable in good faith, trusting that I’d be able to charge my phone. When I went to pay, however, another employee told me to ask the manager. The manager came over and immediately shut me down, stating it was against company policy to let anyone — even their own employees — charge a phone in the store. So despite spending money on a cable from QT itself, I was left stranded with a dead phone and no way to get home. I walked across the street to another store, and they let me charge immediately with no hesitation. The contrast was shocking. That simple act of humanity cost QT my trust. Rules are one thing, but enforcing them so rigidly that you leave a customer helpless — especially after they’ve made a purchase — shows a complete failure of customer care.
