- PNPaul NansonSep 19, 20252.0QT has always been a good brand, but since the pandemic - whatever it is - it’s slowly gone down hill. The QT at 35W and Basswood is the worst. The store is dirty, the bathrooms are nasty and always need maintenance. I hope this isn’t a DEI failure, but management might need to be replaced.
