- MHMichelle HarrisDec 2, 20252.0As someone who has lived on Bonds Ranch for 10 years and frequents this QT at least EOD for gas or such, I ran out late tonight hoping they’d have eggs like they list they do online. They don’t. I asked the attendant at the counter after walking around and he said they didn’t sell them. I was doing all I could to avoid the dreaded Kroger. I’d encourage you all to carry staples such as this. The feat it took to park and walk the football size Kroger searching for eggs when QT, from a customer service standpoint knowing we can count on QT for small essentials went a long way in this area. Please don’t lose this.

- DPD PNov 18, 20251.0I visited this location one night with my 12 yr old daughter. She's into anime and loves Ramen Noodles cups. We entered the store with a Walmart bag and two ramen (we had gotten them the night before and left them in the car on accident), heated them up with some hot water and ate them, I made a coffee, grabbed some donuts, and my daughter grabbed a drink and - lo and behold - another cup noodle. 😆 We went to the counter and what would have been a nice "quick trip" to QT turned into a demoralizing nightmare. The man at the counter brought an extra noodle cup to the counter and rang it up. At first confused, we explained to him that we entered the store with our own, two of them to be exact (one type that they don't even carry in their store). They harassed us further questioning, "so if we roll the cameras back ...?" I said yes roll the cameras back! The manager on duty kept repeating "if you don't want to pay for the noodle you can leave". I even retrieved the Walmart bag and my "protein" style ramen cup from the trash and showed them. The manager kept repeating the same line and would not even look me in my eyes. The young man at the counter rang us up and I paid, just wanting to leave with our purchases. Once I got back in the car I realized I was charged for an extra ramen cup. I don't know what mother would ever take their child into quick trip to steal less than $2 in ramen noodles and then pay for many other items. These two workers were rude, threatening, and treated us in a de-humanizing way. It was a terrible experience for my daughter and incredibly embarrassing for me as a parent. I had the manager write his demand for us to leave down in writing which he did, slapped it down in front of us, and still never made eye contact. I will update my review with an image of this written demand. Just the worst experience, I would leave 0 stars if I could. I will still be following up with an email to corporate on this matter.

I use a cane and the door slammed my foot before I could get out of the way. I can't even imagine a wheelchair user trying to get in or out of that door.
