- LDLee DavisFeb 1, 20261.0The assistant manager (Alex) refuses to sell me tobacco products. I'm clearly a grown 35-year-old man. He's younger and doesn't know how to judge ages at all. I won't be getting fuel here anymore because of his decision. He should be written up for not accepting a digital ID in 2026 when I'm clearly grown. He's the only person at QT to ID me. Every single time. Talking about someone who takes their job too seriously. Little man syndrome.

- JFJennifer FloresNov 28, 20252.0Not use to any QT being low on anything. They were out of a lot of coffee creamer at 815 this morning. My boyfriend went to ask Ndya about more creamer. She said the "other guy" (justin) was fixing something. So she couldn't go. Well QT employees walk away from the front all the time. They are know for good customer service. When we go to check out, the same Justin came from eating behind the counter to help Ndya check out and a nice black lady asked the same question to the same Ndya. Why did Ndya go get her what she wanted for her coffee when there were people to check out? When my boyfriend asked, no one was at the register and she didnt want to help him. He tells Justin the he asked her for the same coffee creamer just like that black lady did and she didnt want to help him but did her. Justin said, "ok." If you cant treat everyone equal and you dont want to help, find a different job. Ndya wasnt rude in anyway. She just made herself look racist by helping her own kind. The crazy part is she did it right in front of us. I pray that one day she becomes humble and treats everyone equal.
- ELEmerald LungsSep 24, 20251.0I went in to use the restroom yesterday around 7:30pm and there was a man in one of the stalls thrashing jumping up and down slamming against the walls screaming at the top of his lungs that he was crazy and needed help. I went to the cashiers but they couldn’t be the slightest bothered to even go in there and see.
