  IF YOU STAY HERE OVERNIGHT, HAVE SOME SORT OF SECURITY MEASURES AS IT PERTAINS TO YOUR DOORS. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ROBBED WHILE SLEEPING. SOMEONE PICKED THE LOCKS AND STOLE MONEY FROM MY HUSBAND'S WALLET. MY HUSBAND WOKE UP SHORTLY AFTER, SAW THAT THE LIGHTS WERE ON, IMMEDIATELY GOT UP, CHECKED HIS WALLET AND THE DASHBOARD SHOWED THE DRIVERS DOOR WAS OPEN. YES WE MADE SURE IT WAS LOCKED BEFORE WE WENT TO SLEEP. MY HUSBAND WENT INSIDE OF THE PILOT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. I KID YOU NOT, ANOTHER DRIVER THAT WAS PARKED NOT TOO FAR FROM US JUST HAPPENED TO WALK IN CLAIMING HE WAS ROBBED 10 MIN AGO. MY HUSBAND REPORTED IT TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, AND AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. PILOT NEEDS CAMERAS IN THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT AND NEEDS SECURITY DRIVING AROUND PERIODICALLY. THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE PARKING SPACES, BUT THEY CAN'T EVEN HAVE BETTER SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE FOR TRUCKERS. I THANK GOD THAT MONEY WAS THE ONLY THING TAKEN. DO BETTER PILOT.

  My husband and I were on 35W when our tire light came on...having plugged a tire previously, we were concerned it was the same tire. We pulled off to the closest gas station, spent 15 minutes debating changing the tire to the spare, filling up the tire and risking it, or finding a tire shop that was open. (It was already 5:00 p.m. so not much hope for finding an open shop) 1 mile away from us, was a Pilot Travel Center with the ONLY tire shop. We decided to see if they could help us, maybe change the tire and put the spare on, or tell us if it wasn't safe to drive on...4 minutes later we pulled into the bay of the Pilot Travel Center. Every technician was so kind and so professional. They had us pull into the bay immediately, and they "took a look". Luis pulled out a patch kit, had my husband park the car, and in less time then it took debating on where to go, Luis had the screw pulled out, and plug put in. I felt like I should have timed him and given him his Pit Crew Stats. Luis and his team at Pilot Travel Center Tire Shop were life savers, we were back on the road and our "to go" dinner was still hot when we got home in Lewisville.

  Parking is crazy or impossible, packed solid... But this place is great because the staff, is awesome. Very helpful getting my lost paper work faxxed and printed, great people over there.

  this pilot needs to put cones on reserved parking, because alot of these unprofessional steering wheel holders are stealing from them and they are not doing there job to stop Theft..waited 2 hours for a parking I paid for.. I hate Texas

  The worst place in the world — I don’t think there is anything worse. Oh my God, I can’t believe there are people who are racist and judge others by their appearance in this way. I was treated in a racist manner by the cashier in accounting and also by an employee working at Subway. When I was trying to buy something, she said “I don’t understand you” from the first word, then she walked away and left me standing there. I then went to another Subway employee to buy a sandwich. She completely ignored me, and when I insisted, she told me to wait a few minutes even though she wasn’t doing anything and there was another employee with her. The restrooms are crowded as well. There is no good food like we’re used to at Pilot stations — usually, we always find proper meals and better options at that station, not just fast food.
