We had gone to multiple places to get work completed and had left feeling like they didn’t fully understand or resolve our issue. That was until we lucked upon Jordan at NTB. Jordan was communicative at each turn and promptly addressed all of our concerns, even explaining why other businesses did not have the right answers. We highly recommend Jordan for service!

- ATAmanda Throndsen4 days ago5.0Easy to schedule online or over the phone. Called first for the cost then booked online. Service was great and quick. We had the alignment done on our truck. They guarantee it for 3000 miles. Will definitely use them to do that again when we need it.

I took it back to Honda only to be told the last person who did my oil change put the drain bolt on too tight and damaged the oil pan. Now having to pay $1000 to replace the whole thing because they can't put it back on due to the damage. Would not recommend this location at all.
- WHWilliam HeluMar 13, 20261.0If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Save your money & time and go elsewhere. I went to get a simple tire change yesterday JUST ONE tire 3/12/2026 at 4pm. Didn’t get out of there till an hour later guy comes back saying I need an engine filter which was so odd to me because I change my own filters why is it missing? These cons tried to get me to buy one but I decline because I got more at home. Fast forward to midnight I wake up to go to the gym I can’t go no where because my tire is flat the same tire they changed! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everything was shady. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere these scammers do not know what they’re doing.
