  I was handling tire replacement for a fleet vehicle and was able to handle it in a timely manner due to the committed customer service of the entire staff but especially the MOD, Aaron, who received my call and then processed the transaction. We will definitely return when in this area. To note, NTB was acquired by Mavis Tires & Brakes - so there should be new signage soon.

  Jared was top notch, high appreciated, above and beyond and most thoughtful person. I have been having so many problems with my car and taken it so many times to the dealership for the same constant problem. Being told that nothing was wrong. Jarod went above and beyond and found the problem within seconds. Its a little problem that could have turned into a very serious situation. Having him just looking for any possible cause and finding it just saved lives. I will always be very grateful for a technician like him that will take the time to listen and seek out the issue. Jarod, I thank you personally for being a truly honest caring person.

  I visit today 2/26/2026 I want to say Aaron and Jared are amazing people Jared was looking at my wife car after taking to dealership multiple times and they said there was nothing wrong with car Jared take 2 min of his time find the issue just like that me and my wife could have been in a major accident and also hurt other on road ways am so happy that there are still honest people that care about others I will always come back just to say hello am so glad I went to this shop than some were else this guy deserves a major pay raise and to be known about stop by and ask for Jared people you will not regret it.

  Had gone to the Roanoke location for oil change, tire rotation, and engine air filter. Noticed the engine was a lot louder, there was a burning smell. Next day saw oil puddle in my garage and engine was smoking on my way home from work. Pulled into this location and expressed my issue. Aaron quickly walked out to my car with my and saw that the other location had not properly secured the air filter or the oil filter. Aaron and the team were able to get me in and out and I made it home without any further issues.

  Aaron and the Manager Jay are great dudes! Got all 4 tires on my Subaru replaced here at NTBs, they couldn’t get one of my lugnuts off one of my tires and it broke due to it being stuck. But they replaced what they broke at no charge, and got all tires balanced and got me going a few weeks ago. Now I’m back in for a flat repair, but I had to order a new tire from them instead since the puncture was at the side of my tire. Their service has been great so far. One of the mechanic is also a Subaru owner so if any Subaru owners need someone reputable with Subaru plus tires, you can’t go wrong here.
