    While on a Sunday driving a rental car across Texas i discovered very low pressure with one of the tires I was extremely upset and on a time crunch; so thus began to find help After going to the second Mavis shop (first Mavis was too busy to address the problem; backed up with several customers) I was greeted by Connor who immediately accessed a nail in the tire but even went further to inform me all the tires were not safe, in bed condition, and quickly had all new tires put on the rental car; and sending Enterprise the bill! And back on the road I went feeling confident I was safer with the rest of my journey! THANK YOU Connor for your professionalism and kindness!!!

    While enjoying the reduced traffic due to the holiday, I suffered a tire blowout about 5-minutes out from work. I was able to get my car into Mavis and they quickly put the "wheels" in motion to replace my tire. Thanks to prompt response from Hunter getting the work order in and handing over to Ethan to do the work. All total, I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. This mishap could have easily ruined my day, let alone my car, but the Mavis team kept this from ruining my day. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I didn't have to call my spouse to leave his meeting, to pick me up and drive me in to work. Definitely left with a peace of mind.

    My tire pressure was low so I took my car in to have the tires inspected. They identified the problem and also inspected my vehicle to help identify other issues that could be addressed at the same time. They got me fixed up quickly and the process was simple. Great place to have your vehicle serviced!

    I came in for an alignment and had a great experience. Hunter and Tim were knowledgeable professional and upfront about everything. Being a veteran I really appreciated that. They got the alignment done quickly and even pointed out a few parts that were due for service without trying to push anything extra. Really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Definitely coming back to this NTB location for future work and will recommend them to anyone who needs any work done as well.

    Tom was amazing today! From the prompt customer service to the speed of service. I am thoroughly impressed with the way business is conducted and the level of care that was taken when it came to me. I have never been to this establishment before today but after the service I received today I will return because I support good businesses and employers that hire people with good hearts. I am truly grateful that we crossed paths today. 5 stars!
