- RTRachael Tilley3 days ago1.0I’ve tried three times to get a state inspection on my vehicle and the inspector is never there. Whomever I spoke to just now was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was a child. Will not be returning.
- JTJoey thompson3 days ago1.0They tried to charge me for a brake fluid change, even though I just had it done recently. They overcharged me and didn't even provide a sticker to show when my next oil change is due. To top it off, they didn't even fill my oil all the way up.
- LCLynn Crocker5 days ago2.0I told the technicians that I wanted an oil change and oil filter change only. I specifically told him I did not want any other services. They tried to sell me the other services of course. When I left I had to spend about 15 minutes rearranging my glove compartment because they had taken everything out to check the cabin filter which I had specifically told them not to check. I was not going to comment but now they are pestering me with emails. I remember why I quit using jiffy lube 20 years ago!
- JSJohn SMar 4, 20262.0Was not impressed, the staff in the building was polite, the wait was long, Price of the Oil change was fair, but than 9.99 for shop supplies was added, and they said needed 2 quarts of antifreeze was needed, which I know it was not low, so charge 9.99, I guess I am not use being charged like this, as I have used multiple different places for oil changes in the past, and if was up to 5 quarts of oil, and fluid top off, but needed a new place since just moving here. If you get an oil change pay attention to what they actually do or not do, cause your bill might reflect differently.
