Their lack of expertise resulted in my car’s battery being drained persistently to the point that I had to replace batteries completely. It wasn’t just a small issue. (If there was a wiring problem, it should have been detected immediately.) This happened about 5+ times. I got lucky that my battery was under warranty, but the real inconvenience of my car not starting and having to exchange batteries was a real headache all through a year. Save yourself the trouble, money, and headache. Look for another company that will provide you with the service that you are paying for. Especially since this company charges more than other providers.
