  Do not rent from them unless you a willing to pay for the damage waiver up front. I rented a van. First of all, I made the reservation for a standard height van months in advance yet they did not have the correct van and did not let me know until one day before pickup. Ended up having to change my plans due to the high-top not fitting into the parking garage I was going to use. They tried to get me to take a box truck, which would not have worked for me at all. Cruise control was broken, which was an annoyance only since it had it and it did not work. I had no issues with clearance, I never got close to any low overheads during my use, yet they told me that I damaged the roof on top that they could see once they got on a ladder in their shop. This was a few days after they accepted from me and said all was good. Maybe a branch hit it in a rainstorm, that is only possibility. I have to pay for the repair, loss of use, and diminished value (the diminished value claim for a roof dent is really ridiculous for a rental van!). Feels so much like a scam to me...
