  Its been a few months since I rented a a vehicle with this company and I will say, Im still angry about the experience. I don't know which is worse a person that lies to your face or a person that steals. I had no issues with the vehicle or the customer service. I discovered that I had left my jumper cables in the trunk, I went to the office the next day, but the vehicle had been rented. I don't remember the individual's name but he stated he wold call me when the vehicle was returned. A week went by and no phone call so I called, it took two calls and finally he answered. Again I was told I have your info and I will call you, that was a lie. I called again a week later, spoke to another individual and explained where the cables were located, he stated the vehicle is being returned on Monday and I will place a hold on the vehicle and call you. That didn't happen. So I did a chat explaining the issue, I was told an email would be sent to the supervisor, still no one contacted me. I called the corporate office, same thing, I'll send an email to the supervisor, again no call. I tried calling that office, placed on hold for 20 mins., just when I thought someone was going to answer, I was placed on hold again. What irritated me the most, was I could hear them talkng before being placed on hold. I called at least 3 times, same issue. How much effort would it take for you to contact a renter if you find a item left behind. For the record, the cables were placed in the same area as the items to remove the tire so when cleaning out the vehicle you will not see them, you have to pull up the cover.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Ricky and the entire team! I had an absolutely hassle-free experience at Enterprise, and I can’t say enough great things about Ricky, the manager, and his staff. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely committed to great customer service. What really stood out was Ricky going above and beyond for me. Someone else had previously told me they wouldn’t be able to give me a ride home, so I wasn’t expecting anything. But when I dropped off my vehicle, Ricky personally made sure I had a ride back home. That level of care and follow-through is rare these days, and it made all the difference. The whole process—pick-up, drop-off, paperwork—was smooth and stress-free. I’ll absolutely be renting from this location again. Highly recommend this team!

  I went to this Enterprise location this past week to get a rental and when I came to pick up and drop off, I had a smooth and nice experience. Each employee was polite, friendly and professional. The process was easy and I had no issues. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

  Great experience, quick and easy service. The guys at the counter were all friendly and professional! Would recommend to my family or friends and will return for my future rental needs! I worked specifically with Thomas and he was great! Overall a wonderful experience and I’m extremely happy!

  I've reported to my insurance that this Enterprise car rental fraudulently did a bait and switch once I was at their office where I no longer had any other choice. I am having to pay the taxes on the rental agreement instead of the verbal agreement to my insurance that it will be completely covered by the insurance.
