  Ed helped get me in our rental today and went so far above and beyond. He’s truly a wonderful representative of your company and deserves to be recognized for his actions. Ignore the negative reviews and just go to Ed, he’s great! 💯🔥

  Beware! This location is known for having you sign documents under false pretenses! They also are known for deducting money from your account without your knowledge! I was taken for 749.00 and was promised it was “covered” by insurance. Then the manager told me he would see what he could do to fix the problem but never got back with me. I then contacted corporate and was told that they would turn it over to escalations and they would be getting a hold of me. No one did that either. Then was told I needed to contact the location so I did and still nothing was resolved other than excuses! The lie to get you to agree to things that make them more money. Then the manager, Justin, lies to make excuses. I hope that you are not a victim like me! Go anywhere else but enterprise! I have reported it to BBB and noticed they have a F+ rating. Not surprised
