    I had a great experience at the Enterprise location off Bryant Irvin. Nate helped me out when I returned my car after it was dirty. They fixed the issue super fast and got me into a new 2025 vehicle in no time. I left feeling really satisfied with the whole experience! Everyone inside was very helpful and welcoming as soon as I walked in.

    Thieves! I left my grocery wagon in a rental car and I remembered I had AirTag on it and it was pinging there. I called right away when they opened the very next day and they said they didn’t have it which is a lie. Conveniently after I called it wasn’t refreshing anymore. I have cancer and many health problems so that wagon helped me out a lot with daily life. I contacted corporate and will continue to until this is resolved and i am refunded for BOTH my cart and AirTag. They also haven’t refunded me my $50 deposit.

    Do not book at this location. This location used to be helpful. Apparently I received a phone call about them updating their policy for out of state drivers. No voicemail, no making it right, just sorry.

    I rented a vehicle from this location and had a TOP NOTCH experience! It began with Jordan, the Assistant Manager going above and beyond to get my rental situated because the company that booked it dropped the ball. Then Adreanna walked us to our vehicle, explained everything for that portion of the rental to us to our satisfaction. Both were very professional and more than happy to help! Upon returning my vehicle Adreanna was there to check my vehicle back in, she is always smiling and upbeat-which is very much appreciated! After checking me in she went above and beyond to help me even further with the approval of the manager of the location who's name I don't recall. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for anyone's car rental needs!

    Editing to add that I reached out to customer service and they still did nothing. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to get a rental and first off found it shady that they explain everything outside of the building. He verbally explained what I would be paying and after verifying what he was saying I agreed to pay a certain amount. Near the end of my rental I realized they were charging me 10x more than what I agreed to because it was finally brought up. They said they called and left voicemails which is a lie. And I have call logs from my carrier to prove it. In the month that I had their vehicles I came into the store at the very least 7 times and not once did they mention they were trying to reach me about the charges they were making. The only time they reached out was to return a recalled vehicle which for that they texted, called and emailed. I complied with everything they asked of me but of all the times I came in they never mentioned the massive bill I would have. When talking face to face with the original person who told me wrong on what I would be charged, the manager Jordan Esparza made a comment saying “don’t feel like we don’t believe you, this is a learning curve for him so this doesn’t happen again” which only upset me even more because these employees are “learning” but at my expense. They charged me $976 dollars more than what I agreed to and to “resolve” the issue they only gave me $158 back which is a slap in the face for all the time and energy spent coming in there. They even asked me at the end of it all if I would recommend this place to anyone or come back when I need a vehicle. When I went in to ask for all the proof of them reaching out or even asking for the contract they said I signed they couldn’t.
