I was quite hot about it too, I didn't go in ranting but I had good cause too. I had already talked to the manager about it on the phone. So when I returned the vehicle, I was pretty hot, however, I calmed myself down before I got there. I discussed the bill, with Jordan, and he was genuinely concerned about winning my business again. I told him I would never rent at an enterprise again, but after further discussion, he adjusted the bill and gave me cause to say he is a good dude, and if I need another rental, his honesty and integrity will definitely make me consider coming back. I was impressed, yall stop in and Check on Jordan Esparza, good manager, he can sell anything.
