Prior to renting, I was nervous because I haven’t really had good experiences. Joseph Simpson was so professional - got me in & out so I could hit the road. He also told me which vehicle had a better MPG which was so helpful (only spent $37 on gas from FW to Shreveport & back!!!). I also want to shoutout to Kash- I was having trouble adjusting my steering wheel and he didn’t make me feel slow (ha ha!). Kindness goes a long way! I will be back.

I should add this wasn't the Enterprise location I received my vehicle from, but was on my way home from work. Aaron(the car tech at the location)was incredibly hospitable and even cleaned my windshield! Huge thanks for helping me out!
