I had concerns about possible damage but they put me at ease. Honestly probably won't rent a car from anywhere else and y'all will be the first choice when I need a rental. This location may be small but is definitely the best.

He was incredibly welcoming, answered all of my questions, provided emailed receipts, recommended some amazing attractions, and provided me with a wonderful and reliable vehicle during my stay. I was so impressive with how attentive he was of every customer at the branch. Amazing professionalism and hospitality! Renting a car can be a stressful experience but this was by far the best rental experience that I have ever had. I have no doubt that when I return to Fort Worth, I will be renting at this Enterprise location again!

- NNNaniDec 1, 20254.0First time renting from enterprise. The process was fairly easy with a few hiccups due to insurance. It was a learning experience but everything went well. There is a $50 security deposit fee and you have to provide a debit or credit card. You’re not charged if you return the car in perfect condition. I was in a car accident and everything was covered. Overall, I found the rental cost to be quite expensive. I’m glad I went through the experience and learned more about the requirements and fees. However, I wouldn’t want to rent a car again unless it was absolutely necessary.
