  Not a good experience from start to finish. Super shocked because this is the first bad Enterprise experience ever. When I arrived to the Enterprise from Caliber, I had to wait over an hour to get a vehicle. I was very patient because I knew the employee that worked at the location from another Enterprise location. I had a past pleasant experience with him. When I was assigned a rental from the gentleman, he was then instructed to help another customer and a lady took over my rental. She told me to wait inside while she did a walkthrough of the rental. This was the first red flag. From years of renting with Enterprise, I've ALWAYS been asked to join the walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed. I've never had an employee tell me to sit inside while they do the walkthrough alone. Second red flag and this one pissed me off. They gave me the rental on EMPTY! Remember the nice gentleman I said I knew from the other location, he completely LIED to me. He said he went to the nearest gas station, while I was waiting, and the pumps had NO gas in them. After leaving the rental car place, I went to the nearest 711 right next to the Enterprise and guess what, THEY HAD PLENTY of gas! I even went to the next gas station closest to the Enterprise and guess what again, PLENTY of open pumps. Why would you lie about something like that?! So I had to get gas for this rental because it was no way I was going to make it to pick my kids up on an EMPTY tank. Next issue. The damn rental's charging port was BROKE! Something was stuck in the charging hole. I went almost 2 weeks with no charging port. Next issue, I purchased an extra insurance policy on the vehicle, even after verifying I had rental insurance with my rental company. My rental was extended an additional 7 days by my insurance company so they called to extend the extra insurance policy. I asked if I could give them another card over the phone or opt out and just use my personal insurance policy. They said I had to come all the way back up to the rental place to make this transaction. I told them I work all the way in the Dallas area and by the time I get back to Fort Worth and pick my kids up they're closed so I needed some type of flexibility. No care or consideration but I did get really mean calls and voicemails. Final issue I was told to bring the car back to the location and was NEVER told I could just leave the car with Caliber after I picked my car up. This was an important piece because I almost missed picking up my car from caliber because I was rushing to the Enterprise location to return the car. It wasn't until the Caliber manager told me to bring the car to him and come get my vehicle. If caliber would have closed, my kids would have been stranded at school. I will NEVER do business with the location again. Terrible experience.

  Landon and Samantha were amazing! The customer service here is exceptional. I lost a gift card booklet with over $500 on it and it was returned untouched. I’m extremely grateful, and will definitely return here to rent a car. The staff is honest and amazing.

  Absolutely horrible. I walked over from Calliber Collision and she gave me a high over the counter. So I booked online in front of her for $10 less a day and she said they didn’t have the car I booked. So I asked if I can have another car and she said only if I paid more cause I’m considered a “walk in”. She would not budge on helping. Super unfriendly. Save yourself and go to the other Enterprise 2 miles away.
