  I've rented from this location three times now and each time the process has been wonderful. The location is convenient and the staff is incredibly friendly. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. They're honest people and the way I know they are is that on my second rental, I forgot my clothing rod in the back and they found it and held on to it until my memory kicked in and reminded me weeks later! Whew. They're also flexible and have a great way to make concessions to the customer to help them out. Do yourself a favor and rent from this location, you won't be disappointed.

  On 10/14 I reserved a vehicle and arrived on time to pick up that vehicle. I was told by the staff that there was no vehicle available yet, but that one was getting an oil change, and would be available shortly. I decided to go ahead and wait. After 45 minutes. I went back to the counter and asked what the status was and the Manager said she was going out to get the car and would be right back. I waited about 10 minutes. Which means I was there for an hour and I didn’t see her or any car rental there. At this point I was getting nervous because I needed to go back to work so I decided to order an Uber because I was not sure what was happening and what was taking so long. I figured I could go back to work and come back later in the evening. The Uber driver took 10 minutes to get to me. And as we pulled out of there, she still had not come back with the alleged vehicle she was going to rent me. That’s over an hour of waiting for a car I had reserved. I didn’t even tell them I left. When I returned home, of course she called to see where I was. I told her I don’t know about you, but I don’t have all day to wait. Also, I never saw you come back with a car. I asked if there was some way that she could make this right because this completely wasted my time and I still have no rental. She offered me an SUV upgrade. That is not acceptable. How does that compensate for this ? I then contacted the number to reach an area Manager. I contacted them that day and then they said it would be a day or so before a Manager got back to me. On 10/17 after not hearing anything back, I decided to call again. I was told the same thing that an area Manager would get back with me. Today is October 22. I have not received a phone call from any area manager regarding this. I am appalled really. There was zero customer service or consideration of my time. How would it take someone an additional 30 minutes to go out to a PARKING LOT and bring back the car ? Make it make sense.
