A series of unfortunate events happened for me (very busy, short staffed(?), and system was down). I have patience but this location really tested that. Kept a smile on my face and was kind till the end, never coming back to this location. I was there for over an hour with an existing reservation and pre-check in completed and still took over an hour to get my vehicle. They might be short staffed. Im a very understanding person but when a customer comes in fully prepared and STILL has to wait over an hour, c'mon. I have a reason to be a little frustrated.. Absolutely ridiculous and wont return, which for them is the best. bye .
