  I just had my first rental experience and let me say this team is exceptional. Darion, I believe ia his name, works at the front desk and was super busy working back to back with each customer. And even though he was super busy, didn't miss anything or anyone. He assured everyone he would get to them as soon as possible. When my turn came around, he thoroughly walked me through my vehicle and explained with detail the process and made me feel that I didnt miss anything. I also want to add how the vehcile was in mint condition. It looked like it was brand new off the dealership lot and to me that just shows how Enterprise and their employees care about the minor details, the cosmetic side of the vehcile. It smelled super clean and had no holes on the seats or floorboard. No stains whatsoever. The people detailing these vehicle are amazing at what they do. Lastly I want to add that first impressions are the most important if you want to retain customer and most definitely made an excellent first impression. The young hispanic man arrived quickly to the collision center and addressed me by my last name. He also walked me to the transportation vehicle to which he already had my door opened. A true gentleman. He asked me about my day and made me feel very comfortable. When returning my car the next day, it was almost towards the end of their workday and many people tend to drop off cars at this time. I needed a ride back to my house and although the same young man could have said no I cant my shift had ended, he very politely offered to take me and my daughter home. I cant express enough how every person I interacted with at this location is extremely professional and trustworthy. Enterprise, please take care of these young man. They are amazing and representing this company with great moral and work ethic🙌

  The gentleman was great worked quick and did an amazing job. Paperwork was quick easy and had us moving in less than 30 minutes. Dorian did an amazing job thank you.

  During the week of 1/19, I received great customer service by Darion and Curtis. They were knowledgeable, helpful and maintained the highest level of customer service that I've ever seen at a rental car location. Kudos to them for making the rental experience something positive. The vehicle they recommended was perfect and the entire rental process was smooth and efficient. Grade A++ all the way around!
