  USAA sent me here after my car was in an accident. They were able to get me a rental next day. The car was super clean and ran well. All you can ask for with a rental vehicle! Joshua was super helpful and had great customer service. Would recommend!

  I called ahead and specifically requested a Toyota 4Runner. In the circumstance that I was using the rental car for, ONLY a Toyota 4Runner would be acceptable and I specified that on the phone call. I was ensured on 4 separate occasions during that phone call that the Toyota 4Runner was on the lot and available for me to rent. Fast forward a 20 minute drive later. I walk into the reception area, give them my name, and they say that they don't have a Toyota 4Runner but I will given a car similar to it. I called ahead and confirmed that I would be getting a specific vehicle and confirmed it 4 times, but then upon arrival they tell me they don't have that vehicle. Now they just wasted my time and theirs by not letting me get the vehicle that I specified I needed. 10/10 will never use enterprise again because of this. lf you don't have the specific vehicle, or are unable to rent a specific vehicle, then TELL ME THAT. Don't waste my time and make me drive out there just to tell me you'll put me in something similar. I don't want something similar, I want what I confirmed 4 times I would get prior to driving out there.

  I needed a rental car last minute at 5:30 pm because my car was overheating. They close at 6pm and I had a nice commuter car for work by then. Quick and great service and I'll definitely be back if I need a rental car.

  Booked a luxury car , Ami (good customer service )told me to come next day at 3 pm or later and dis so and enterprises gave offer me some non luxury car and said we will call soon and give one , day pass and two day passed and called location this time Emily (bad and angry customer service ) picked call and was angry on me all the time and said to return the vehicle & hang up on me . Enterprise failed to provide car category picked and failed big time on customer service . Your car on basic at least hire good folks .

  My experience with Enterprise over the past week was phenomenal. The sales associate and the manager on duty went above and beyond to ensure I had reliable transportation. They were courteous, attentive, and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when renting a car. They truly made sure I was comfortable and took extra steps to meet my needs. I will absolutely be returning to rent from Enterprise again, and I will gladly spread the word about the outstanding service I received.
