They advertise that the cars are checked thoroughly for issues but that’s not true. AVOID ENTERPRISE CAR SALES! First issue: 2 weeks after purchasing the car I went to the car wash and found multiple cigarillo wrappers stuffed deep between the seats. In the back seat WHERE MY toddler in her car seat sits. 3 months after purchase I had to buy a new battery. 4th month now and the check engine light is on already. I purchased the highest level of warranty protection available after being haggled and pressed into it by the manager Tony. Now I see why. They aren’t actually checking the cars thoroughly so it falls on you. AVOID!!!!

They were super accommodating and everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying from Enterprise, but I’m hooked! They even went above and beyond to fill the tank, put on a license plate cover, and set up Apple CarPlay. I was so surprised they even put a bow on it for me and took the time to make me feel welcome.

We returned the car before the 7 day no questions asked return policy. My girlfriend left her garage door clicker in the car and the salesperson Kimberly never responded when we messaged her. The manager Donovan said he would check and after that never wrote back. Then I texted him the next day and said he forgot and would check now, after that no response so I texted him again and he never responded.
