They lied misled and ignored at every level of the transaction. You think you have terms agreed to before you sign the papers they bait and switch interest rate, loan term length, warranty length and condition of the vehicle at delivery. It has taken 4 mouths and repeated lies and omissions on a 30+ thousand dollar vehicle over a $100 rebate they offered me for time and travel. Do yourself a favor and go to echopark where you will get same and better price, service and communication.

Cody called me the moment I signed up online and scheduled my appointment the day after he called, and graciously put me in the good hands of Chris, who thoroughly explained and walked me through the entire purchase process, after patiently listening to what “I needed in a car”, and helped me settled on a Hyundai Tucson!! Donovan handled my financing throughout and even got my car delivered EARLY before the weekend arrived. In the door, the communication and family-feel energy is evident…not once did I feel haggled, pressured or left unattended! I was handled with care throughout! Thanks so much Guys - The professionalism and respect that you extend to your customers is GOLDEN! I will definitely spread the word. A special thanks to my sales guy Chris - you’re an Angel, thank you again for the very rare level of service and support you provide!!

She had a car relocated to her lot for me and we ended up loving it. I felt so bad because the transfer ended up making her late to leave work but she was still just a ray of sunshine. She’s done follow ups with me to make sure we’re happy, and we are. I will absolutely be referring anyone that I find that needs a new vehicle to go visit her specifically.
