  First off the facility is clean and comfortable. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Justin. He was super helpful, explained to me the diagnostics and what needed to be done. He also educated me on what needed done in the future. Great environment and I found a new spot for any vehicle issues. Breaks work like a charm now. 5 stars

  This was my first time going to a car shop very intimidating but they were so nice and Tommy was so helpful he checked out my tires after two other places sent me away and did what they couldn’t. He connected me to another place to get new tires cheaper than what I had been looking at before. He explained what was wrong with my tires and the options I had. If you’re going to walmart for car services literally just drive across the parking lot to this place so much better and cheaper. Huge shout out to Tommy.

  Justin was super nice and communicated very well while I waited on my car. He did not make me feel pressured to add on other things like I have experienced at other places. I also liked how the wait was not long at all for my car! I will definitely only be taking my car here, and the location is super convenient too.

  Excellent service!!! Have brought both our cars here for brakes and could not be happier. They are straight shooters and will only sell you what you need, not a bunch of unnecessary or "nice to have" work. Also fantastic that they will machine the rotors vs just trying to sell you new ones... feels like one of the last places that will do this. Can't say enough great things about Tommy (manager) and his staff, I will be coming back for not only my brakes, but for any work that needs to be done on our cars.

  I am from Michigan and have been in Fort Worth a month. I came here for brakes and rotors. In all my years of life, I have never experienced customer satisfaction and appreciation anywhere near this magnitude. I am so grateful for the reviews before me and hope mines lead a lucky person here as well. Best car shop of any kind ever! TOMMY is a great man, running a great shop.
