As soon as I walked in, Wilson at the front service desk welcomed me with great customer service, also checked in with me throughout the appointment keeping me updated on progress and provided me with an excellent experience

Had a great experience working with Wilson. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. It’s rare to find someone who is both honest and attentive when it comes to car service. I truly appreciated the great communication and customer service. Highly recommend working with him if you want someone you can trust with your vehicle!

Been here a few times and they’ve always taken care of me. Wilson and the guys have always been friendly and straightforward, never felt like they were trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Appreciate how they handle things here.

I came to drop my car off Friday right before they closed and received a call a few minutes later they would have my car ready in 30 minutes. I had also inquired about my A & B pillars being replaced and Casey took the time to research this for me and found they are both recalls. This saves me a lot of money and I could not be happier that he went above and beyond to help me. I will be a repeat customer and refer my friends and family. Reasonable prices, quality customer service and very friendly.

I’ve been coming to this location for the entire 2 years I’ve had my car, and I’d always had a good experience until now. I recently went in for an oil change and was helped by Casey. Almost immediately after sitting down, he came over and handed me a card with his name and asked me to give him a 5 star review while I waited because “it looks good for corporate.” I don’t give reviews for service I haven’t received, much less 5 stars. That was a huge red flag. While I waited I watched Casey come out to talk to a man about his car. He told the man very clearly that he needed work done and kept stressing it should be done “today.” Having previously worked for an oil change company, I’m familiar with the pressuring tactics they often use. I was very disappointed to see them here.
Casey then came out to tell me that my car needed a new battery and quoted me almost $300. I had just replaced my mom’s car battery for $150, so I knew that was a horribly inflated price. Then he told me that my car was completely out of antifreeze and quoted me $100 to drain the old coolant and refill it. He again stressed that it needed to happen “today.” First, if it was really bone dry, then how was there coolant to drain? Second, you’re the only people who have touched my car. How did you not realize it was low on antifreeze during my last oil change? Clearly the employees haven’t been checking all the things they’re claiming to.
I declined the battery and coolant and just tried to pay for the oil change. The price was over $90. When I questioned why it was so much on top of the price listed, Casey said it was for “shop supplies.” NO. That should be built in to the price of the oil change, not tacked on top. I paid and immediately drove to Walmart where I discovered that my battery was not as low as Casey had said. I went ahead and purchased a new one due to some upcoming travel and it cost me $120. I bought a gallon of antifreeze for $10, and poured it in myself. I also discovered that Walmart charges half of what Brakes Plus does for an oil change. In total they saved me over $250 from what Brakes Plus quoted me, and they’ve earned my business for future oil changes.
I will never go back to Brakes Plus, and neither will my family. You just lost multiple cars, and I’m making sure my friend and neighbors know that you are overpriced and unethical.
