Nonetheless, I’ve done a couple different things with this place now and every time they’re clear, upfront, friendly, and willing to help with pricing a little. I’ve dealt with Wilson the most and every time he’s displayed excellent customer service making me want to keep giving them more service. Ask for Wilson if you stop by.

- CCChristopher CrouchDec 23, 20255.0Took my car to Brakes Plus with all sorts of problems and Wilson the service advisor helped me understand exactly what I was working with and helped develop a cost-effective plan for fixing what needed to be done. He walked me through exactly what work I needed to make sure the car was safe, and developed a plan for the things that needed to be done in the future so that it would make the car really work well and last a longer time. Richie did a fantastic job replacing my worn brakes, machining my rotors, and performing an alignment on my old Camry... drove it off the parking lot and it was a night and day difference. It handled better, the brake shudder was gone, and I just felt safer driving the vehicle down the road. After spending some time there talking with Mason, Wilson, Daniel and Richie it was clear that this location was customer-focused and these guys really knew their stuff. Watching them interact with other customers in the same way they did with me showed that they had an honesty and integrity there that you won't find at some other shops here in DFW. All in all, fantastic experience with this location and I'm looking forward to getting more work done in the future here... making sure my car is safe and fun to drive again. Thank you again!!!
