  It took a fairly long time for my car to be seen and serviced. I was there for about two hours before my car got seen at all. I feel like the timing might have been a problem all day I heard them tell multiple clients “sorry for the delay”. It took four hours to get my breaks checked, oil changed, and have an emission inspection done. They did not give bays out in order of who got their first. Overall had an okay experience and if you are planning on using their services I would recommend getting here early and leaving plenty of time in your schedule to have your service done.

  I had an amazing experience with Brian, helping me with a surprise hub issue and getting new brake pads even the day after Christmas! I really appreciated the quick and helpful assistance!

  I have come here multiple times in last two years & every time it's something. I have never submitted a review but this time it was just ridiculous wait time. I got some fluids changed & I was there 3.5 hours. Several times everyone was just standing around & my car was not being tended too. I was told several times it was almost finished. 1.5 hours after they started telling me that it finally got done. It wasn't that busy & there were 6 people in back area & I've gotten dozens of fluid changes in my life & never had them take this long. This is the only auto shop in our area that does multiple services & so I feel like they get away with it but it's always like thiis here.

  Terrible experience with Haslet Brakes Plus…made appointment for 8:00 am this morning to get brake pads replaced. Got there at 7:50am and waited for them to unlock the door at exactly 8:00, walked in and asked them how long it was going to take, was told probably be about 2 hours as I had planned on waiting…decided I didn’t want to sit in that little sitting area so I had my wife come pick me up and told them I would be back in a couple hours…5 hours later I had heard nothing from them so I called to see if they were finished and was told they were “just now inspecting my vehicle to see what needed to be done” I told them that I already told you when I made my appointment and when I dropped it off what I wanted done and that was to replace my brake pads. I asked them why I have been waiting for 5 hours and they are just now getting my truck in and was told they were busy and they said they didn’t know that I wanted it done quickly. Of course I want it done in a timely manner, all customers want service on their vehicles done as soon as possible. I asked them what the point of making an appointment was and coming in the door 5 seconds after you unlock it if you are not going to start working on the vehicle? I didn’t have anymore time to wait and had to come back to pick up my truck after they had it for over 5 hours and they never replaced my brake pads. Will never come back.
