  I want to give a huge thank you to Sy! He made my first Brakes Plus experience an enjoyable one. I came in later in the day on a whim to get a full rotor and pad replacement for my SUV. Sy and his team went the extra mile to make it happen that day. It’s rare to find that kind of service now a days. He made a new repeat customer.

  Jay helped me out, super nice & helpful with getting my AC valve replaced. My freon was recharged & now it blows ice cold. A much needed amenity here in Texas especially with summer around the corner Highly recommend!

  Awhile back bought new brake pads with lifetime warranty. The shoes wore out in half the time the original brakes did. When I came in to replace the brake pads under warranty they wanted to give me brake pads for free but charge me $140 for labor. I checked with dealer where I bought the vehicle and they said $140 but that was new brake pads and labor combined. Dealer brake pads are original equipment not some Chinese garbage brake pads that don’t last. I would NOT recommend this rip off joint to anyone.

  I recently needed my brakes replaced for my Infiniti QX60 and didn’t want to pay the dealership prices. I did some research and found this Breaks Plus nearby. The reviews for this location were great and especially for the advisor Sy. Sy took his time asking questions about my vehicle and after doing an inspection he showed the work that needed to be done. He could have easily charged me for four brakes, but advised I only needed the rears replaced…thanks for not overcharging me! Sy and the store manager are really friendly and were honest about the work that was needed. They also did a free inspection on other work that eventually needed to be done, but did not pressure me into getting it all done the same day. I’ll be returning again for future services…these guys were great!

  Big shout out to Sy! Thanks to him, I’m officially a repeat customer. Every time I’ve come in, he’s been extremely helpful and professional. Previously, I had taken my truck to another mechanic for new brake pads, and shortly after that, my truck started developing new issues. After doing some research, I decided to bring it here. Sy took the time to properly inspect everything, explained clearly what was going on, and most importantly he was honest. He didn’t try to oversell me or push unnecessary repairs. He was straightforward, fair, and got my truck running right again. I use my truck for work, so it’s critical that it stays in top condition. Thanks to Sy, I have complete confidence that I’m taken care of. If I ever need anything in the future, I’ll be coming back to see him without hesitation. Highly recommend!
