- KLKingston LeDouxNov 3, 20251.0Went because my steering wheel was tilted after hitting a curb, they took a very short look at it and the alignment readings and told me Immediately that I needed a new tie rod because it was bent. Didn’t even provide me the alignment readings until I asked for them. They didn’t even offer to see if an alignment was a possibility for me. I Asked them SPECIFICALLY if they SAW that my driver front tie rod was BENT and the guy at the front desk dodged the question. Went to a different shop and all I needed was an alignment. Don’t go here. Save yourself the headache.
