  Went to the Crowley location and it was so friendly. I didnt experience any of the weird upsales behavior. I came in with a problem with my breaks and the gents there solved it. Worked with a sweet guy with locs. He keep me updated the entire time. I recommend them and I'll be back.

  I came in for an oil change and had a really great experience. Austin was my service advisor and he was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everything moved quickly and the employees made the whole visit feel comfortable. What really impressed me was the honesty. Discount Tire had told me my car needed several additional services, but after Austin checked everything out, he explained that it was not necessary right now and suggested coming back in a few months. I truly appreciated that level of transparency. I will definitely be back.

  THEY OVER CHARGE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! My husband went up there to get my brakes checked on my 2019 mitsubishi mirage g4 since they were squeaking when I backed up. They told him that the break pads in the front were at 20% and could use a replacement and the rear drums needed replaced, they had to order a hardware kit for the drums and I needed a realignment. They were going to charge me $800. I called them back and spoke to Raymond saying that we would look into other options and ask around. While he was nice this was an extreme upcharge. He mentioned we could do the economy and that they can knock the price to about $700 and give me $40 off coupon. I thanked him and let him know I will still look into other options. Not even 30 minutes later I received another call from Raymond claiming he looked at and readjusted some prices and got it down to around $400, which is more reasonable. Again I thanked him and let him know I'll call them back if I'm interested in their service. He informed me that they're a commercial company with the best prices. At this point with all the price dropping in less than an hour is sketchy behavior to me and I don't feel comfortable taking my car there for them to "find another problem" with my car. I take my car to Crowley tire, which I highly encourage everyone else to do. They said my break pads are at 50-60% and are good, the squeaking is cosmetic and not a safety issue, they're readjusting some things and getting it all fixed for $130. Almost a $700 difference AND the fact that my break pads in the front weren't nearly as bad off as Brakes plus claimed. Don't go here unless you wanna pay them almost your rent and be lied to about other issues. I wouldn't trust them with my car and would advise anyone else not to either. Go to Crowley Tire in crowley on main street!!!!

  They have amazing customer service. They are very transparent and honest about everything. They don't try to pressure you into getting all sorts of work done, they tell you what's wrong and even help out with cheaper options and have and outstanding crew of employees, everyone is nice and are always working hard to help out everyone. Raymond was a amazing help and he explains everything clearly with no confusion. Great place would recommend to anyone getting breaks done.

  @@@public service announcement@@@ This place does not stand by their work. Was told to bring my truck back after having my alignment done and just needed the steering sensor recalibrated after I have a bad tire replaced, but now they want me to pay for another alignment. If they’re gonna lie about a simple fix like that, just think what they’re doing to your car. It’s not the money, it’s about customer service.
