The girl on the phone said it is there "corporate policy". I said ok then I will find a non corporate place, she snickered then hung up on me.

- AAAlleyOct 31, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars that would be more appropriate. This place has people working for them that do not know where to put the parts for brakes on cars. This could have severely injury or killed my family with what they did to the car. Now they refuse to give me my money back since I had to go somewhere with intelligence to completely redo my brakes. All major corporate numbers are hidden and everything, so seems like this probably happens frequently with this company so they make it hard to contact the real idiots in charge. DO NOT EVER GET WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR HERE!!! If you have I would definitely go to a separate place to have what they fixed looked at or it maybe your families life at risk. The people are rude and are not willing to give money back when they screw up! Lawyers will have a great time with this company and probably already have had a lot of lawsuits.
